I think that Lyophilisé & co is becoming the reference site for Ultra light and autonomy. It's what's been missing in France. I usually buy shelf-stable products in parcels of a "certain" weight. It seems that it's no longer possible to get delivery "to your door". So each time I have to walk a few (!) kilos from the delivery point to my home, as it's impossible to park a car nearby. Hard work, often ...!
