I bought an inflatable mattress for mountaineering. When I unpacked it, I immediately felt that the fabric was far too fragile for my winter activities, which take place in a very mineral world. No sooner received than returned and refunded. The very next day. I really appreciated this lightning refund when I could have been reimbursed within 14 days. I'll come back to your site to buy freeze-dried products, which come in a very wide range.

Well received the order, thank you for your information concerning the change of Himalayan salt against ordinary salt and for having put a box in compensation. The parcel took some time to clear customs, but that's normal, in Switzerland we go as fast as necessary and as slow as possible, so that it stays nickel clean. Delighted with your company and your service
