That being said, this can be explained by the fact that with the confinement, some relay points are saturated and refuse parcels because they lack space. Very good variety of choices and very complete. Very professional, they do everything to help us and respond quickly. The only downside is the ordering process on their website. When I'm abroad and want to have my order delivered to a French address, the site always puts a relay point nearby and not the address. Otherwise I highly recommend it. Don't hesitate.

In its defense, this can be explained by the shipping costs, as it is set up for the least expensive solution in terms of delivery costs in France.
