Top-notch as usual. It's a pity that with a certain amount of orders, they don't drop off a few samples to test new products. But it doesn't matter, because the quality of service and product is spot on.

new product (water filter), the box was not sealed in the carton. the plastic packaging was cut with scissors. why, that leaves something to be desired for this type of product. it's unacceptable. manufactured products arrive in sealed packaging normally, I don't see why the seller violates this packaging which is basically a guarantee for the consumer.
