If the order went perfectly well, we had a big problem during delivery. The Chronopost delivery person was very unpleasant during the delivery with my wife who was in charge of receiving the package. He hung up on me and did not wait for me to give the delivery code. I understand that they have deadlines to respect but I was at work and could not wait all day. We also have our obligations. So, I pay delivery fees, but it's not to be treated badly...
