This is a quality process that may explain the cost difference with other brands that use other methods. Hello, we do indeed sell different kinds of long-life meals (from 1 to 25 years). On the one hand, you'll find freeze-dried meals to be rehydrated, which are much lighter than sterilized meals, which are "ready-to-eat" and therefore heavier to transport. Once you're on our site, we think in terms of categories, where it's indicated at the top of the Lyophilized menu and next to it Sterilized, and in each product data sheet, we explain how the dish is processed. But we fully understand that for a first-time visitor, all these notions may be subtle. If you would like to return any products to us, either to opt for freeze-dried products or to have your money refunded, please don't hesitate to send us an e-mail to [email protected], mentioning the recipes in question. Thank you for your feedback. Packages leaving our premises look good and don't have time to be dishevelled or soiled, as they travel a maximum of ten metres in wheeled crates and are taken away directly by truck, or else they are placed on a pallet and collected manually, package by package, by one of our carriers in his van :) Scratches and marks are more due to their transit via logistics platforms.
