I was shocked to find the 2 flat packs of smell proof bags in a huge cardboard box, 85% full of air-filled bags.... all that plastic and cardboard instead of receiving the goods in an average padded envelope.

Two orders placed, on the first, an item no longer in stock replaced by a similar one at a higher price, the commercial gesture was top notch, delivery on time. Second order 2 weeks later, one day's delay in delivery which was dispatched the day after, costing the 5 th star, because it says dispatch the same day ... overall very satisfied with the site and its seriousness, recycling cartons more ... Well packaged and carefully completed. However, it arrived completely covered with thick black scratches of dirt on the 2 large sides, and erasures on the label which covered the label and made it difficult for the relay to scan.

Packages leaving our premises look good and don't have time to be dishevelled or soiled, as they travel a maximum of ten metres in wheeled crates and are taken away directly by truck, or else they are placed on a pallet and collected manually, package by package, by one of our carriers in his van :) Scratches and marks are more due to their transit via logistics platforms.
