Incredible after-sales service and very clean order! I had a parcel unfortunately lost, but the customer service was super reactive and was able to send me back the products in time for my hike? The second order went really well, delivered to Belgium in just a few days! I highly recommend this site and will shop here again! Thank you ??

The team makes all the difference! Elodie and cie have great selection and prices - but they are still ironing out their bespoke back office software. After years of ordering with speedy delivery of a perfect order, my last order encountered an I.T. problem. With very little time to spare, the humans made all the difference. Just today I told a shopper at Au Vieux Campeur in Paris to stop looking so sadly at the prices and selection in the shop and to get online at lyophilisé.fr ! So good!
