However, we would like to make an important clarification: With your order, you chose to have the delivery sent to a pickup point. This shipping method is offered at a lower price than home delivery. Your package was properly shipped according to the shipping method selected at the time of ordering.

We understand that you may not like the way to the pickup point in hindsight. However, this is neither a mistake on our part nor a problem with our service. The choice of shipping method is made by the customer when confirming the order.

The delivery method was "Relais Colis" and we have experienced a lot of delays with this company but this issue is independent of our will.
We have actually decided to no longer offer Relais Colis on our site because they lack seriousness.

Hello, free shipping is only available for deliveries to points de retrait, colissimo, mondial relay, relais colis and relais pick up.
If you have chosen home delivery, we do not offer shipping costs for home delivery.
