After several months of ordering from this site, it's always the same, there are bugs at the time of ordering, gifts disappear, and customer service now responds on the side, even though I just subscribed to their subscription, which is supposed to give me access to premium customer service... By the way, they boast about free shipping on their entire site with this formula, except that in the end there is a minimum order of 25€, which is mentioned nowhere at the subscription... However, here is my experience with grosbuzz: I placed an order on Friday evening, a small order of 102 euros that I renew almost every 10 days. Saturday morning I receive the Black Friday offer that doubles the order. So disappointment sets in, I think damn if only I had a few hours more I could have had double. I directly contact customer service telling them that I was really unhappy to have missed this offer and that since my order was not processed or shipped. I expected my order to be doubled, especially since I ordered often. And that if I had the unpleasant surprise that it was not doubled, I would go look elsewhere. Which in my eyes is normal, came across as a threat. The director even sent me an email to say that it is unacceptable to threaten his staff. I replied that I didn't have time to manage the sensitivities of his staff that there was no threat but disappointment at having missed the offer. He did not understand and did not double my order. So that's why I will no longer give my money and I asked to delete my grosbuzz account.
