After several months of ordering from this site, it's always the same, there are bugs at the time of ordering, gifts disappear, and customer service now responds on the side, even though I just subscribed to their subscription, which is supposed to give me access to premium customer service... By the way, they boast about free shipping on their entire site with this formula, except that in the end there is a minimum order of 25€, which is mentioned nowhere at the subscription... I was happy with Grosbuzz, but since they became Gbz420, the service has deteriorated, as well as the quality of the products (having small buds much more compact and provided than medium buds, I don't find that normal...)
