Quality of packaging / bottle protection perfect. Communication with the seller very satisfactory. Not 5 * because one of the packages was delivered to my home and the other left 15km away, the same day by the same carrier!!

I really like this wine. But the delivery is painful. Boxes of 12 bottles left at the doorstep. I am 73 years old, I am a single woman, it's difficult for me. For this order, I had asked a man to come help me but unfortunately the order was delivered in 2 days. I had to manage for the second delivery.

Shipping was very fast with updates at each step. Purchasing GB wines online is easy. Unfortunately what I received was not what I ordered. I am out of the country for business for the next couple of months. It is not ideal, but what was sent is a wine I like anyway.

As usual, the Naturae Syrah red is excellent, as is the Naturae Chardonnay 2025 organic white. However, I was disappointed not to find the Naturae Syrah rosé on your site like last year. I bought instead the Prima Nature Syrah rosé, but I was disappointed because it is slightly sparkling which I personally do not appreciate. I preferred the Naturae Syrah rosé.

The site is very well done and the product descriptions and advice are very interesting. However, I was not pleased that the carrier forced you to block an entire day,... especially when they announce in the afternoon that they are unable to deliver. The quality of the wines presented deserves that the delivery slot be reduced to half a day, with an indication of the probable time of passage when the moment comes. Best regards.

Very satisfied with my order, the only downside is that I find it a shame that in the set of 4 decorated bottles there is no box because I received them in the carton with 2 empty spaces, for gifting it's not great, it looks like we took from it. Great idea the recipe booklet.
