I have multiple billing addresses and these were mixed up in the last orders. After contacting customer service, they did read my issues here but unfortunately did nothing about it.

The delivery just before Christmas was excellent, and the communication and follow-up excellent. On the other hand, be careful when naming your products online, because I was actually hoping to have a real assortment of cheeses delivered with your bottle (which would be a nice idea, don't you think) and not a kit with a piece of wood and knives.
