I received the order well but I did not understand how you operate. Why announce a bottle as a gift? Your response did not convince me

The Hampton Water bottles are well packaged and arrived intact. Considering that the goods came from France, the package arrived quickly. Thank you very much and see you soon.

As usual, the Naturae Syrah red is excellent, as is the Naturae Chardonnay 2025 organic white. However, I was disappointed not to find the Naturae Syrah rosé on your site like last year. I bought instead the Prima Nature Syrah rosé, but I was disappointed because it is slightly sparkling which I personally do not appreciate. I preferred the Naturae Syrah rosé.

Delivery received quickly, but the driver can be cooperative and is presumably a subcontractor of DPD. The person to report does not deserve to work.

I ordered rosé Côtes des Roses, which you charged me 8 euros with a 10% discount. Is it normal to find it in the supermarket at 7.20 euros, and currently at 5.75 on promotion?
