Excellent quality product. Vintage 2023 totally different from the previous ones and much appreciated! on the other hand, the carriers are a black spot: delivery of 10 parcels in 3 x!!! obligation to reschedule the dates and free up time to wait for these carriers => DPD and DHL: rating: ZERO!

It's all good except for the delivery, as the wooden crate arrived broken, as did the dividers. It's a miracle that the blles remained intact.

Great communication and perfect delivery times, the only small fault is the Chronopost delivery...

Hello Following an order for six bottles of Hospitalas, I did receive the six bottles, but in a cardboard box when they were supposed to be in their wooden box. In the end, despite some delays, Mr Bazin, the person in charge of on- line orders, solved the problem to my complete satisfaction. Manuel Pires

Unfortunately my box came completely damaged. We were lucky the bottles were not shattered. The service was fast. That was the good part, but it was meant to be a present and we could not deliver with the box under those conditions. We still love your wine and we will order more, for sure, but wanted to pass the feedback, as I am aware that shipping its a third party and not your company. I will reply to the email with pictures of the box. Thanks

Collector's box arrived broken and no news from customer service after complaint.

Your products are carefully packaged, the delivery time was perfect. Chronopost's service, on the other hand, was null and void. I had to travel 25 km AR to collect my parcel from their warehouse even though I had requested a delivery date that suited me thanks to their website and they had acknowledged receipt. But the driver decided otherwise, and I lost 2 hours because of their lack of service.

Since you're asking my opinion: I had ordered 6 bottles of Domaine de l'Aigle Pinot Noir 2021. I was delivered a 2022! after I asked for it, I was told that I had been "sent the wrong vintage by mistake due to a change of vintage that was not communicated and we no longer have a 2021 vintage". I find it hard to believe that this was a mistake (the correct vintage was indicated on the order confirmation). Rather than presenting me with a fait accompli, the least they could have done would have been to warn me beforehand and to ask me to confirm my order! I should point out that the seller suggested that I return the bottles and get my money back, but what a complication! I preferred to keep the bottles.

Hello, The wooden crate was sent broken (the delivery box was in perfect condition). It's a miracle that the bottles didn't break in transit.

Nothing to say about the order about the delivery about the speed of shipment just disappointed for the engraving on the bottle which is just a simple stroke of pencil I expected a real small engraving but well 🤷🏻‍♂️
