Since you're asking my opinion: I had ordered 6 bottles of Domaine de l'Aigle Pinot Noir 2021. I was delivered a 2022! after I asked for it, I was told that I had been "sent the wrong vintage by mistake due to a change of vintage that was not communicated and we no longer have a 2021 vintage". I find it hard to believe that this was a mistake (the correct vintage was indicated on the order confirmation). Rather than presenting me with a fait accompli, the least they could have done would have been to warn me beforehand and to ask me to confirm my order! I should point out that the seller suggested that I return the bottles and get my money back, but what a complication! I preferred to keep the bottles.

Hello, The wooden crate was sent broken (the delivery box was in perfect condition). It's a miracle that the bottles didn't break in transit.

Nothing to say about the order about the delivery about the speed of shipment just disappointed for the engraving on the bottle which is just a simple stroke of pencil I expected a real small engraving but well 🤷🏻‍♂️

At last, an address where you can buy good, well-bred Languedoc wines from an otherwise scattered vineyard . But beware of the Bordeaux syndrome!!! Keep your wines justifiably priced and affordable, and continue to delight us!

The order received (2022) did not correspond to the desired order (2021). A big surprise 2 disappointment for the first order in a "high-end" house.

No problem with Gérard Bertrand . But I was very dissatisfied with the chronopost delivery service. I was at home waiting for my order and the deliveryman didn't bother to ring the doorbell and dropped my parcel off at a relay station.
