Gérard Bertrand consistently delivers fast, careful packaging and reliable delivery, with many reviews noting quick arrival, well-prepared packages, and orders that arrive in a very reasonable time. The store is praised for ease of ordering, accurate fulfillment, and products that meet expectations, including a wide range of wines that enthusiasts find suitable and well-priced. Customer service and reliability are highlighted through smooth transactions, prompt responses, and punctual, on-time deliveries, with multiple mentions of repeat orders and ongoing satisfaction. The wine selection itself is repeatedly described as strong and appealing, including favorites and organic options, contributing to high overall satisfaction and willingness to recommend.
No problem with Gérard Bertrand . But I was very dissatisfied with the chronopost delivery service. I was at home waiting for my order and the deliveryman didn't bother to ring the doorbell and dropped my parcel off at a relay station.

Hello, small problem of delivery not delivered to the date indicated because problem with the deliveryman, and then it was me who was not available, that, is part of the hazards of the order ecommerce. On the seller's website, there's no indication of how long you can keep this wine.

Please do not use Kuehne & Nagel for your deliveries. It's a real catastrophe, this company is beneath everything. In the end, it's you who suffers.

The site could do with a little simplification, with a choice of red, white and sparkling wines in the price category.

Zero stars would have been more appropriate! We're extremely disappointed! The orange wine is acidic, bordering on cheap table wine. The rosé stings despite an elegant bottle, and the white can't even be used as a cooking wine, since it's also spicy and acidic! + More than 100 spent, perhaps to make vinegar. I don't even dare open the other 5 bottles, what a shame!
