I really like this wine. But the delivery is painful. Boxes of 12 bottles left at the doorstep. I am 73 years old, I am a single woman, it's difficult for me. For this order, I had asked a man to come help me but unfortunately the order was delivered in 2 days. I had to manage for the second delivery.

Shipping was very fast with updates at each step. Purchasing GB wines online is easy. Unfortunately what I received was not what I ordered. I am out of the country for business for the next couple of months. It is not ideal, but what was sent is a wine I like anyway.

Nothing to report except that the carrier announced to me before delivering that he could not deliver to my home but to a pick&collect for reasons of computer system!!!!

Received only one package out of two

The site is very well done and the product descriptions and advice are very interesting. However, I was not pleased that the carrier forced you to block an entire day,... especially when they announce in the afternoon that they are unable to deliver. The quality of the wines presented deserves that the delivery slot be reduced to half a day, with an indication of the probable time of passage when the moment comes. Best regards.

Very original advent calendar, and very appreciated by the recipients.

Significant delay compared to the announced deadline, several times canceled and still not resolved! -Absence of presentation while the recipients were waiting at their home. Moreover, no possible delivery to 'La Poste' in case of absence, and especially no DPD pickup point nearby. The recipients had to go to Lunel! The package was still not there! They have to go back there while they live in Aimargues! And have an art gallery in L'Isle sur la Sorgue. Too bad! There are many villages. Fortunately, it's my family and they dared to inform me! Give your customers the choice of the delivery person! As far as I'm concerned, and thanks to you! this gift has only created problems.

I had ordered the 2021 vintage, but the 2022 vintage was delivered without prior inquiries.

The shipping costs were much higher than initially stated

It could have been better, had it not been for UPS's erratic scheduling and timetables.

The parcel was not dropped off at the selected relay point next to my home, so I had to take my car and drive 40km. Really inconvenient

Mixed opinion on delivery issues: instead of the next day at 1pm, I waited beyond the weekend. A shame. Concerning Gérard Bertrand himself, responsive and the product tested (late, so I had no use for it for several people), is good.

Order was dispatched quickly. The package arrived incompletely repackaged and the subsequent delivery could allegedly only be delivered after several attempts. Look for a parcel service (not DPD!) that matches the quality of your great wines.

Problem with the packaging and protection of the package (6 bottles in a wooden crate). Bottles not immobilized in the crate moved during transport to the point of breaking the stapled wooden lid, giving even more wobble and impact between bottles. A real shame.

One of the cases was broken.

Perfect site but delivery in two separate parcels (without prior information). Not serious but not ideal.

Poorly packaged parcel, gift wrapping in folded kraft paper almost damaged, in short disappointed by the care taken with the parcel.

The labels of my art de vivre boxes were glued on the drawing part.

the second box arrived in non-original packaging without the plugs and the bottle of white clape was missing I reported it but no return

Delivery of the precious parcel scheduled for the anniversary date but announced 3 days late and delivered by a remote relay point, even though the delivery was registered at home... Nothing too serious in spite of everything... but management can be improved...!
No matter how drunk you are, as long as you have the bottles... Always Cordially P.F.

The site is nice, but there's a problem during checkout when you want to see another product in the basket. It's cashed without me validating the second product.

Wasn't expecting a £75 import duty cost. Wine nice though.

An efficient site!

Unfortunately, there's a "banana" because shipping is free, but the bottles are actually more expensive than if you buy them at the winery.

unclear transport prices (two choices are offered, but in fact the most expensive choice is applied)

I ordered Hospitalet 2019 on their website,i confirmed on my order confirmation and they sent me the 2020 vintage. When I asked, they told me it was a translation error on their website and that there were no more 2019s available I could have sent it back for a full refund, but I didn't have the courage to do so. No offer of a commercial gesture for their mistake...nothing! To be improved. I expect better from a company of this level.

Everything OK, except exaggerated delay (for delivery abroad). Shipment held up for a long time at the forwarding agent's, but Gérard-Bertrand reacted well.

Unfortunately no wooden crate available due to stock shortage, which is understandable, but otherwise very nice, despite the packaging, which is a little light for magnum bottles...

There is some ambiguity between the names Hospitalet and Hospitalitas. The difference needs to be better explained.

One of the boxes I ordered was damaged in the packaging, so I couldn't use it as a gift.
