Delivery on time and delicious wine

Very fast and very satisfzussnt

My order was picked up yesterday 06 September 2024, in this delivery failure your services are in no way responsible. The 2 parcels remained in backlog at Chronopost Arras (62000) then on 30/09 were transferred to Chronopost Seclin (59000) 3 km from my home, then transferred to the post office in Santes (59211) to be picked up yesterday Friday, September 06; However between all these dates, Zero information from Chronopost, I was wandered from service to service including with the zombie iA that is "Leonard". A GOLD "Pinocchio" for communication and the lack of feedback from Chronopost. I am extremely disappointed by this obscure and complicated episode from your service provider on such a basic delivery issue. Chronopost: 0 * Gérard Bertrand: 5 *. Excellent quality product. Vintage 2023 totally different from the previous ones and much appreciated! on the other hand, the carriers are a black spot: delivery of 10 parcels in 3 x!!! obligation to reschedule the dates and free up time to wait for these carriers => DPD and DHL: rating: ZERO!

It's all good except for the delivery, as the wooden crate arrived broken, as did the dividers. It's a miracle that the blles remained intact.

Hello Following an order for six bottles of Hospitalas, I did receive the six bottles, but in a cardboard box when they were supposed to be in their wooden box.
