Very good quality swimsuit. However, I had ordered two swimsuits and two gift packages and I only received one gift package. The package was supposed to be delivered before Father's Day but it was delivered the following Monday. You need to account for an extra day for reception. Otherwise, regarding customer service, the phone answers immediately which is very rare. Size is very good (according to my dad for whom the swimsuit was intended)

Chronopost delivered my package to another city, it's outrageous to pay for a shipment and take 1 hour to get your package 72 hours before Father's Day knowing that the delivery was delayed and that there were other pickup points available in my village!

I would have liked to be able to exchange the products (size) instead of a refund... be careful, the fit of the XXL cotton gauze has changed in two years

Love the brand and the swimwear but the delivery process is completely unreliable. Disappointing!

The order went well but I haven't heard anything about my shipment for a week even though it was supposed to arrive on May 9th.

The ordered size was XS and I was delivered in XL.

Change of pickup point change of pickup point without warning or offering another choice!! So it was me who managed this constraint.

Beautiful site, easy navigation, however the colors of the photos do not always match reality. Horrible delivery but Gilis is not responsible. Mix-up with delivery error, package not delivered then very long wait.

In the size guide for women's one-piece swimsuits, you recommend for a woman of 168 cm with a B cup, size 36. That's 3x too small. A size 40/42 would be needed. To be reviewed.

Delivery a bit delayed but good contact to track the package and provide necessary information.

Quality to be confirmed over time. To be hoped for given the price. The fluorescent yellow cords, even if they are emblematic of the brand, sometimes clash with the sobriety of the main color. Product return not free. The refund took more than a month after I requested it.

Pleasant site to browse, wide range of products, too bad the sizes stop at 3XL.

I am surprised that on the first day of sales, many sizes were already missing on the discounted products. Moreover, I find it unfortunate that for a swimsuit costing €110, delivery is charged, even to a pickup point... On the other hand, the packaging is perfect.

I don't want to speak in general, but regarding large sizes, avoid this site at all costs. I ordered a 4XL swimsuit and frankly it's barely an XL, I compared it with several other brands, no comparison.

Very good product and of very good quality with a caveat regarding the size. The swimsuit runs small compared to a similar size.

The delivery tracking is very approximate once the package is shipped. 24 hours for preparation and shipping in store then nothing computerized even for receipt.

Avoid, they are thieves and scammers. I bought a swimsuit for 125 euros embroidered (Daddy cool) for Father's Day. The size did not fit. I really had a hard time searching and finding the return procedure. It cost me money on one hand and on the other hand I received an email a few days later informing me that the item would be returned to me because embroidered items are neither exchangeable nor refundable. This is not specified anywhere on their site. I simulated a purchase of the swimsuit with embroidery option because I thought I might have missed the info, but it is not mentioned at any point in the procedure. Given the prices, I thought embroidered items could be exchanged. I am very disappointed. An honest company would not do this kind of thing or would inform their customers clearly and precisely.

No gift wrapping... for a Father's Day package it's a shame!

The size is normal. Light material, should dry quickly (haven't bathed with it yet). Chronopost delivery not fast.

Error in my order since you did not deliver the right product. Difficult to return because: - very unclear internet procedure. - very complicated to find a phone number to contact an operator. Moreover, during a previous order, the color of the swimsuit photo on your site was very different from your shipment. You are really not ready for online sales. Huge progress to be made, especially in customer service. Don't forget that you need to satisfy CUSTOMERS. Hoping that with all my troubles, I will be entitled to a REAL commercial gesture because... your products are pretty and I appreciate them.

Despite using the guide to find my size, upon receipt, the swim shorts were too big. I decided to return it because the model is a bit large, the return service is quick, but the refund is slow, taking between 14 and 30 days.
