At GILI'S, our prices reflect clear choices: manufacturing in Portugal, carefully selected materials, and controlled volumes to ensure consistent quality.
All this in an economic context where the entire sector has been heavily impacted in recent years.

The comparison with Le Slip Français does not offend us, quite the opposite. It is a brand we respect for its journey. Like many players in ready-to-wear, it had to adapt to the post-Covid upheavals and the crisis that followed, which unfortunately led many brands to disappear.

We cannot find any order associated with your name.

We adjusted our sizes in 2022 because some models were small, but we have not had similar feedback recently. It is therefore possible that it is a labeling issue.

Could you check our size guide and see if there is a difference greater than 2 cm compared to the model you received?
If so, we will proceed with an exchange of your swimsuit without any problem.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience related to the change of Pickup Point.
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to intervene in this kind of situation because once the package is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier...and the delivery person.

It is possible that the Pickup Point was closed at the time of delivery of your package, or that it refused the wave of packages because it already had too many! The delivery person must have found another Pickup Point, which is why you had to move.

We hope you understand that the situation is independent of our will.
