The comparison with Le Slip Français does not offend us, quite the opposite. It is a brand we respect for its journey. Like many players in ready-to-wear, it had to adapt to the post-Covid upheavals and the crisis that followed, which unfortunately led many brands to disappear.

We adjusted our sizes in 2022 because some models were small, but we have not had similar feedback recently. It is therefore possible that it is a labeling issue.
Could you check our size guide and see if there is a difference greater than 2 cm compared to the model you received?
If so, we will proceed with an exchange of your swimsuit without any problem.

I am very satisfied with the purchased item. I am impressed by the responsiveness of the customer service who managed to take my request into account at the last moment. However, the carrier you chose ruined my Father's Day. You guaranteed delivery in 24 hours, with increased shipping costs. I trusted you... And the delivery did not take place... Father's Day went by without a gift. Too bad. Everything else was perfect!

Very good quality swimsuit. However, I had ordered two swimsuits and two gift packages and I only received one gift package. The package was supposed to be delivered before Father's Day but it was delivered the following Monday. You need to account for an extra day for reception. Otherwise, regarding customer service, the phone answers immediately which is very rare. Size is very good (according to my dad for whom the swimsuit was intended)
