Terrible customer service. No way to contact them by phone, only by email with a 48-hour response time. I paid for a 24-hour delivery which was only received after 3 days. As I was leaving the location (hence the choice of 24-hour delivery), I couldn't receive my package. Disparaging response (by email) from Emma, customer service, who wanted to remind me that Gili did everything possible. I dream. Gili did nothing extraordinary except take my order and my money. The responsibility for the delay of your carrier is yours because the contract is with you. In any case, it is certainly not mine. Learn the meaning of the words 'customer service'.

I hadn't seen the promo code indicated at the top of the site. However, the amount ordered allowed me to benefit from the PROMO code. It seems to me that the site should have mentioned it automatically in my order. I then sent an email to report my oversight. I received no response and did not receive the gift with my order shipment. I found the quality of the ordered shorts mediocre for the price asked. For the rest, I haven't worn it yet so I'm waiting to use it before commenting.

The price remains quite high and I don't understand why the same size of embroidery is more expensive on two shorts of different sizes (10 and 15 euros). In principle, I find this petty. Hello, I ordered 4 men's swimsuits, two in L and two in XXL, the latter two are too small, I returned them, I find it really unfortunate that the shipping costs are at our expense! Moreover, I had benefited from a promo code for this order, so I hesitate to reorder these two swimsuits in the next size up because I no longer benefit from this promo code and I'm afraid I will have to return them again at my expense if the size does not fit!!

Not bad. Swimsuit and packaging are very high-end and very original. However, the only downside is that the quality is very good but after one season of swimming, there are already some signs of wear... so the price is still a little high. It should last 5 years without any issues for this price... but that’s just my opinion.
