I can't stand receiving emails from Gilis every 3 days. It's unbearable. I loved this brand but it's disgusting me! Impossible to unsubscribe via La Redoute because it's Gilis, and on Gilis, I'm asked to log in to unsubscribe but I don't have an account!! Very bad marketing... or how to make you disgusted with a brand...

Return experience needs improvement though (no return management on your customer account, label to make yourself at the post office, and return costs at our expense).
