I have been using your red ginseng for several years, maybe you didn't have my address before! I also tried the black ginseng, it was a bit strong for me! It seems necessary to wait at least a month to feel the effects more, but overall it's rather positive for the skin and for energy!

Thank you so much for your comment and for your precious loyalty over all these years! It touches us immensely. You are absolutely right regarding the black ginseng. Its unique preparation process, with its multiple cookings, concentrates some of its ginsenosides and gives it increased bioavailability. That’s why some people may feel its effects more intensely. As you have observed so well, regular intake over several weeks allows the benefits to fully settle in. We are delighted to learn that you are feeling its positive effects! We wish you an excellent cure and hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again very soon!

Hello, thank you very much for your feedback and your order! Our shipping costs to Germany are unfortunately a bit higher than in France, as our online shop's warehouse is located in France. However, we always do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible, and we hope that you are satisfied with the quality of our products. Thank you very much for your trust and best regards, Your Ginseng Premium Team

The red ginseng had excellent effects on my tone during the 2-month intake in autumn 2024. I just ordered for autumn 2025 but a computer problem occurred during payment, I had to contact customer service who resolved the issue quickly. And the product was received in two days.

Honestly, the packaging is beautiful, the particular taste is not a problem. Three-month cure and ... nothing to report, no noticeable change, no evolution of my state. I think from having done other cures that they are only effective ... if you have a need for them.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback after this cure. We are sorry that you did not notice the expected effects. Ginseng is a plant that has been studied for a long time for its effects on energy, vitality, and concentration. Many scientific studies highlight its benefits, but as often with plants, the effects can vary depending on each organism and the needs of the moment. We regularly receive positive feedback from customers who notice an improvement in their tone or well-being, but we also know that some people feel more subtle effects, sometimes after a longer duration or with a different dosage. We remain at your disposal if you wish to discuss and find together the cure that best suits your expectations. Thank you again for your trust and your testimony. The Ginseng Premium team

Very fast delivery within 3 days. A responsive customer service by email. I had placed the order twice by mistake and I was able to cancel it within the hour. The product is not a scam, I replaced my 5 cups of coffee a day with 1 or 2 of ginseng for more intense effects.
