The package arrived quickly. I have seen an improvement in my hair, at first I took one tablet a day and now for a month I take two. I have noticed the growth and regrowth of hair. The tablets acted in particular on my nails which became stronger, longer and less breakable.

I have just finished the 3 month treatment. I haven't noticed any significant growth in my lengths. On the other hand, I have gained a lot of volume. My hair is also much less dry to the touch. Treatment coupled with the serum. I would definitely recommend a treatment.

I give these capsules an average rating. I have not yet finished the product to have a real opinion. The ads on insta or snap are exaggerated and should be reviewed. I don't think you gain 10cm in 3 months with this product

I was skeptical at first about taking Glia because I thought in my head that it was a scam, then when a colleague showed me how many inches she had grown with the before/after picture, I was more hesitant. I know that this product works because I had extremely short hair and I had the reflection of my doctor and my shrink telling me that my hair really grew! I should mention that I see my doctor every week and my therapist every 15 days.
