My order was placed a few months ago. I've never had any problems before, but now a parcel has not been delivered. It was very difficult to get in touch with the after-sales service, telling me that the parcel had been delivered when in fact they had divided two items into two parcels, but I didn't give up and I was able to get a refund because I threatened to open a dispute... it's a shame but I won't be ordering from them again.

Your hair did not grow:
1) How long did you take the treatment? 1 month? 3 months?
2) What are your habits? If you use a straightening iron regularly, do frequent highlights or bleaching, a cure will not be enough to improve the quality of your hair and make it grow.

The action on hair loss is real. However, the fact that it doesn't have an action on hair is completely false! In 3 months of treatment my hair has not really grown as much as I hoped. I barely gained 3 cm in 3 months which I would have gained without the cure. I am quite disappointed with this cure which I was really hoping would work.
