I ordered a book and a vinyl record and asked for sturdy packaging. It was perfect; both arrived in perfect condition. My exchange with customer service was very professional. In short, you can order with confidence; you'll be completely satisfied. From now on, I no longer buy my books, vinyl records, and Blu-rays from the big platforms. I prefer to buy directly from the publishers, who are much more reliable! I highly recommend them.
