I ordered a black strap. I was sent a blue strap. It is only on the invoice that it is black. What a disappointment when my husband opened his package on Valentine's Day. Plus, the box arrived full of dust. I am super disappointed.

I am still waiting for half of my order, for an order placed on November 15, 2025, for materials indicated as available on the GPMA site. This is dishonest, it resembles theft? So I am not at all satisfied. And I still need the rest of my order. Dr. Pascal RENAUD Le Mans

It's a pity to have to wait for the receipt of the order to know that my order is incomplete because 1 item is out of stock. It would have been nice to receive a message and be warned with all the means of communication we have today. Especially since it was a gift, I had to hurry to find something else. It's a shame. Communication service to be reviewed.

Terrible customer service, I have a problem with the watch ordered, I called and they were supposedly going to keep me informed, I was never called back nor did they respond to my emails.

Absolutely disappointing experience, small children's watch of poor quality, arrived not working, the adjustment button is stuck, it is unusable. I was able to easily contact customer service, to my great surprise, my interlocutor, INGRID, looked down on me, telling me that I should just go to a jeweler in my neighborhood! The watch had been delivered the same day! When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a return label, she replied that the return would be at my expense!!! She confirmed this to me by email 2 days later. This site claims to offer free returns with a return label, but does not apply what they advertise. I still initiated a return procedure on the site, response within 24 hours supposedly, 4 days later I still have no contact! Really not a serious site and very disappointing product, even if it had worked! TO AVOID!!!

Watch does not work upon receipt (rechargeable battery dead). 2019 model not specified in the description. Response from customer service to my retraction request: send your watch to the manufacturer for repair. Very disappointed. In the end, watch returned and refund in progress.

I received the parcel late! Defective package! Bracelet fastener broken! Disgraceful I paid 100 euro. After several emails sent no response.

I paid the postage to be delivered to my home, and I received an SMS saying that following the driver's call I had been delivered to a relay point. I had not received any call and I was at home.and the postage cost me a little more than 9€.

The watch doesn't work. I have to send it back to have the battery changed.

I am not satisfied on several points:. 1. delivery time: order placed on December 7th I received the article on Wednesday December 20th 2. I had taken the "wrapped gift" option for 2.50€ but I did not receive the wrapped gift. 3. After-sales service: the answers given were unsatisfactory and did not provide a precise answer. In fact, I never got a reply to my last message explaining that the gift had arrived unwrapped.

I still haven't received the watch that was supposed to be delivered more than 8 days ago! I've already written to them, but they haven't replied about the delivery date.

The watch received does not have the functionalities indicated. In addition, it was very difficult to return the watch, as my request, made in accordance with the terms and conditions on the site, had still not been validated by GPMA after 4 days. Order received but does not fit my order

Lost 10€ for a delivery in 24h result delivery Monday at 14h30 unacceptable and no refund...

I didn't receive the right jewel I also paid the shipping cost to see her quickly because it was for a birthday that she was my surprise when I opened the box when it was not even the right bracelet that I had ordered inside a shame

Product not received (by error of the post office), I intended to ask for a refund in any case having received a watch in gift in the meantime. The latter was therefore returned to Gperdumesaiguilles, I sent an email to request a refund to which I have not received a response. I tried to call, without success. After several days I managed to have a contact via facebook, I was told that a reply to my email had just been sent, but I received nothing. So I reply on the facebook conversation to report it (I have other emails received from them but not the one in question) screenshot in support, so that the answer can be transmitted to me via facebook or by phone, and since nothing, it's been more than two weeks that my message on facebook suddenly remains unanswered while they were answering very well at the beginning and nobody seems to be surprised by my non response to the email that was supposedly sent to me while I warned that it had not arrived.

I received only 2 items out of 4 ordered without explanation even though they were all in stock. I was of course reimbursed for what was not delivered. But I would have cancelled my order if I had known that these 4 items went together. I called and left a message with the seller who never bothered to call me back. I am disappointed and would not recommend this site.

I am not happy. The bracelet is too small for my husband. I returned it in its original packaging with the return slip provided. In commission. It was returned to me with the mention refused as the package was empty! So no refund. Thank you for doing the necessary. Sincerely

Not happy at all. I had sms delivery on Monday 28th between 9:30 and 12:00, I stayed at home (vacation). The package still not delivered, I need it imperatively Saturday, June 2. Thank you for doing what is necessary and for answering me quickly
