I am not satisfied on several points:. 1. delivery time: order placed on December 7th I received the article on Wednesday December 20th 2. I had taken the "wrapped gift" option for 2.50€ but I did not receive the wrapped gift. 3. After-sales service: the answers given were unsatisfactory and did not provide a precise answer. In fact, I never got a reply to my last message explaining that the gift had arrived unwrapped.

I still haven't received the watch that was supposed to be delivered more than 8 days ago! I've already written to them, but they haven't replied about the delivery date.

The watch received does not have the functionalities indicated. In addition, it was very difficult to return the watch, as my request, made in accordance with the terms and conditions on the site, had still not been validated by GPMA after 4 days. Not to mention the three telephone messages that have not been followed up either.

I am very dissatisfied, I made the purchase on 31/10 shipped on 2/11 I took the option delivery in 24 hours and I was delivered on 07/11 I contacted you several times but without any response!!!!

On-time and compliant delivery

Product not received (by error of the post office), I intended to ask for a refund in any case having received a watch in gift in the meantime. The latter was therefore returned to Gperdumesaiguilles, I sent an email to request a refund to which I have not received a response. I tried to call, without success. After several days I managed to have a contact via facebook, I was told that a reply to my email had just been sent, but I received nothing. So I reply on the facebook conversation to report it (I have other emails received from them but not the one in question) screenshot in support, so that the answer can be transmitted to me via facebook or by phone, and since nothing, it's been more than two weeks that my message on facebook suddenly remains unanswered while they were answering very well at the beginning and nobody seems to be surprised by my non response to the email that was supposedly sent to me while I warned that it had not arrived.

The site is good but I had a problem with the product. The bracelet broke after 3 days and I could not get a refund, or even a response from the service on this request ... The only proposal I had was a return for repair with shipping costs at my expense, which I do not want for fear of the problem recurring...

A mixed experience with gperdumesaiguilles, nothing to complain about in the ordering phase on the site. I made a mistake with the model and contacted customer service who did what was necessary to take into account my change. Unfortunately there was a supply problem (and I don't blame them, they couldn't help it) and I regret not having been informed proactively by them and apart from my own reminders. In the end, the customer service took the time to call me to let me know that the order had been shipped and it arrived.

I received only 2 items out of 4 ordered without explanation even though they were all in stock. I was of course reimbursed for what was not delivered. But I would have cancelled my order if I had known that these 4 items went together. I called and left a message with the seller who never bothered to call me back. I am disappointed and would not recommend this site.

On the other hand, the after-sales service that I requested on the cell phone number indicated on the invoice is ineffective, even after leaving several messages, no one called me back and I had to make do with a YouTube tutorial to adapt the bracelet. Otherwise the product corresponds well to my expectations.
