Hello, your responsiveness and follow-up are impeccable. The delivery by GLS, however, was a disaster. More than 3 weeks of waiting!!! It's a shame, it cruelly spoils the shopping experience. Best regards

A delivery to the hotel (open 24/7) would have been better. The order was delivered to a pickup point. Otherwise, the tea is still top-notch. Thank you.

The only downside is the carrier. GLS is really below everything. Not only did the package stay several days in an agency in the south of France, but when it arrived in Ajaccio and I went to the agency, they refused to give me the package claiming that they had to deliver it to a relay point in Sagone (7 km from my home), which was only done the next day. I explained to them that I had to leave the same day for a trip for 3 weeks, and they informed me that in that case, the package would be returned to you. In the end, I arranged with the relay point to be able to pick up my package just before my departure.

Yes, it's a very good trustworthy site, the quantities offered are interesting, the price is also good, the quality is there, impeccable packaging, very fast service, the delivery options are a bit limited, why only GLS? For home delivery, the shipping cost varies depending on the weight, it can increase if we cannot move, we limit ourselves in the order, it's a shame that's the only point that bothers me.

I am very satisfied with the product but the GLS delivery at Global Medical in Méréré leaves a lot to be desired. Refusal to deliver the package in the displayed time slot and requirement to come back a second time because the store said it was busy!
