My opinion: change carrier...GLS to name it...delivery not made on the scheduled day, at the planned relay??? Message the next day telling me that the product is available in another relay 5 km away!!!! Otherwise good product, happy with my purchase.

shipment and products compliant; just a little disappointed by one of the products, but it was on sale... As a consumer looking for flavors that I have difficulty finding, I appreciate the great diversity of organic products: I would recommend

A delivery to the hotel (open 24/7) would have been better. The order was delivered to a pickup point. Otherwise, the tea is still top-notch. Thank you.

Order arrived on time. Hibiscus flavor too pronounced for my taste (wild berries blend).

The coffee bags often arrive partially open. That's the only issue we've had so far.

1 kg of chamomile flowers, it was perfect, well packaged, the shipping took a bit of time, the credit card payment did not work. But I will order again.

Fast delivery but the quality is not there. The mint looks like hay and the hibiscus is mediocre. The ginger pieces are okay

Yes, insofar as I imagine the quality is good. On the other hand, I find it strange to receive my spices in bags that are 2/3 empty. In terms of economy and ecology, it's really bizarre.

Impossible to pay by card....but for the rest it's very good but the Coconut Tea is not really what I expected too many mixed fruits and not enough black tea!!!just coconut and vanilla would be ideal! I have not yet tasted the earl grey.

A shipment as you'd expect! Fast, efficient. the organic vanilla tea, red berry tea and organic blood storm black tea products are light, with no excess of complementary flavors. the red berry tea leaves stand out for the quality here.
