I did not receive my order, which was apparently delivered to someone else!
No compensation was officially offered to me.
All I received were 2 emails confirming that the delivery was made.
I will therefore request a refund of my purchase from the payment institution for non-delivery.

Dpd only attempted to deliver to me once and just left a notice without bothering to ring the bell. Moreover, they never rescheduled the delivery as requested on their platform. I had to drive 45 minutes to pick up the package under threat of it being returned to the sender... In short, a very bad experience but it does not detract from the quality of the products.
