Guano Diffusion consistently delivers fast, reliable service with rapid delivery and well-packaged orders, pleasing customers who receive shipments in good condition and within 24 hours. Customers highlight concrete product strengths such as thorough, accurate descriptions, effective horticultural products, and range quality that yields tangible results in indoor cultivation, including dense buds and long-lasting expiration dates. The company supports shoppers with attentive, friendly, and responsive customer service that helps keep orders compliant and on track. Overall, buyers appreciate precision in product quality, efficient and careful delivery, and dependable service.
The delivery date keeps changing and the estimated time of day is completely wrong.
It is therefore almost impossible to be present at the time of delivery.

Just a small downside regarding the carrier, slight delay compared to the schedule, does not take the time to find the entrance door, I would not have gone out he was starting to fill out a delivery notice.
Best regards.

I am disappointed not to have been delivered within the expected 48 hours which was an essential element in my decision to order. I am surprised not to have any information from the carrier.
I hope you are honest

I am very happy with your service except for the delivery, the compost bag was torn (not a big cut, but big enough to cause some issues during unpacking).

First test of the Guano Diffusion range, so far ordered products, fast delivery, clean packaging, nothing to report. Otherwise, Guano Diffusion seems serious. I am very eager to test the products, but based on the feedback I have, I should not be disappointed. I forgot to order the flo booster... no worries, delivery is free at the relay point ;)

Speed and preparation for shipping are perfect;)
When ordering, I specified the delivery address and had to go pick up my package at a relay point without my knowledge
Product conforms to the description
