The transaction was carried out admirably and the repair was done efficiently. However, of the two reported issues, only one was addressed, namely the mast and its spring. Upon receipt, the laces were still coming loose, so to avoid sending it back for repair with transportation costs covered, I myself applied glue to the end of the laces. What a shame that the repair was not complete. For the rest, I am fully satisfied, both with the product and with the repair of the mast and the spring.

I bought this umbrella at the end of last year as a gift for my daughter, and this is already the 2nd time I've had to send it in for repair! And each time it's cost me €20 (€12 to pay online for return shipping, and about €8 to the post office for postage). For the purchase price I paid, the quality isn't what it used to be, I'm disappointed!

I was told on the phone that this model is sensitive to strong winds... Admittedly, the repair was free and carried out quickly, but I spent a total of 27 euros on postage. I have a very good quality umbrella nevertheless I did not expect this color for the embroidery (maybe make some things interactive to simulate the embroidery of the initials) which also my a little disappointed and also in the finish of the handle ring that should in my opinion not move.
