The transaction was carried out admirably and the repair was done efficiently. However, of the two reported issues, only one was addressed, namely the mast and its spring. Upon receipt, the laces were still coming loose, so to avoid sending it back for repair with transportation costs covered, I myself applied glue to the end of the laces. What a shame that the repair was not complete. For the rest, I am fully satisfied, both with the product and with the repair of the mast and the spring.

The repair was quick but I am surprised by the fragility of this small folding umbrella compared to other products from you. Moreover, I did not think I would have to pay the full cost of the return shipping by post. But the umbrella is correct again!

The transport costs to have the product repaired must be borne by the customer. Although EU law prohibits this. The embroidery on the 3rd umbrella is too far apart and not close together like the other last 2 embroideries. Nice feature that you can get the umbrella back if it is lost. I have already lost my umbrella 2 times.

Very satisfied with the repair work that was done on my umbrella. A little less satisfied with the turnaround time. I understood when I called that the workshop only repaired umbrellas when they had a certain number to do, which is understandable, but I had to wait 1 month before receiving my repaired umbrella... in the middle of February, I needed it!

I bought this umbrella at the end of last year as a gift for my daughter, and this is already the 2nd time I've had to send it in for repair! And each time it's cost me €20 (€12 to pay online for return shipping, and about €8 to the post office for postage). For the purchase price I paid, the quality isn't what it used to be, I'm disappointed!

Excellent service, except it was a Christmas present for my wife, who answered the door. With 'H2O Parapluies' on three faces of the box, any surprise was lost. I should have realised the possibility and had it delivered to a neighbour instead.

VERY GOOD UMBRELLA. The only downside is that the colour on the internet does not match the exact colour of the umbrella received, so please consider telling your customers to ask for a sample before ordering!
