I received the package in 3 days in a small package! The H20 umbrellas that I have known for a long time are beautiful, solid, original: the kind of object that you can offer yourself even if you don't need it (because they are hard-wearing) because they are so beautiful and you can also offer them. The choice of handles is multiple. On the spot in Crépon (Calvados) in the factory: a staff "advice" of a great kindness and a great professionalism. In short, everything is perfect and a visit to the factory to see the work and the materials used when you are in Normandy is a must. Moreover, besides the umbrellas, many other things are designed and manufactured with the same quality. I am a fan!

Excellent service, except it was a Christmas present for my wife, who answered the door. With 'H2O Parapluies' on three faces of the box, any surprise was lost. I should have realised the possibility and had it delivered to a neighbour instead.
