Hello, overall I am satisfied with the processing of my order and the product, but what I can regret is that with a promo code there was a pack of 15-inch arrows offered that I never received, of course I made a complaint and they replied that it would be sent to me with a future order. However, if I don't place an order for a while, I believe I will never see them. Please accept my best regards.

One star less because the tip of the stock pierced the cardboard. Working in moving, I think the protection was insufficient. Otherwise perfect...

Very powerful crossbow but the arrow sold with it is fragile. Aluminum arrows would be more suitable

Package arrived VERY damaged. Impossible to give it as a gift as planned due to its condition. Hoping that Hattila chooses/manages its carriers better in the future.

Good morning. I found the choice of the automatic crossbow model Cobra RX ADDER to be good. It is very precise at a distance of fifteen meters. In the future, I would like to try it with the use of the Tactical Bipod. Beppe Rovellini

To charge me 500, no problem. Shipped a week later. 3 weeks later still no news. They told me they would open an investigation with DPD a week ago.

Items conform to my expectations. Careful packaging. Just a few small remarks: difficulties in obtaining the invoice, but this should be sorted out quickly, according to what I was told. It would be wise to offer a video/tutorial on the site for adjusting the elevation and direction of the crossbow sights, as there are for the assembly.

Order shipped and received quickly, well wrapped. One small thing, the crossbow I ordered is almost compliant in everything except the front handle seems a bit fragile and be careful with the laser I took additionally, because when you open the compartment the cover has contact springs for the batteries and mine came unsoldered. There was a small break on one item but Hatila found a very good solution very quickly. I recommend this site.
