Shipping, tracking and speed impeccable However, the customer service needs to be reviewed The main material is good, the accessories are a bit less so, the customer service has sometimes surprising responses regarding the solution to a product defect (tape on a fixing tube to increase its diameter and hold properly in the picatinny rail ring??? An exchange would have been more conclusive) especially considering the €30 shipping fees... to be reviewed

The crossbow easily loses its paint, difficulty in loading, the loading method with the poor quality rope equipment, terrible instructions in English that are unclear and the drawings are not of quality in the description of the individual steps.

Hello, I am satisfied with my purchase..... however, sending aluminum arrows with just a plastic bag around them as protection for transport rather than a box where they would be protected from bending.... I haven't had time to use them but I hope they are not bent...

Overall it's good but the fact of not having the tracking number of the package doesn't suit me too much. Indeed, there's no way to check that the package has indeed left when it's impossible to see it via the Mondial Relay site. A little too many emails as well, probably automatic but still.. 1 for the order, 1 for the payment receipt and 1 for the departure information is enough, it seems to me. Also for the rope that was not in stock, seeing it as included in the package is surprising, error or not? Anyway, still some small improvements to make.

Order corresponds to my expectations. The site is serious and the products are very good. However, for pity's sake stop using the post office for delivery, package arrived late and in poor condition. Fortunately for me nothing was broken. There are other much more serious couriers nowadays.

Well arrived but the packaging of the stabilization was damaged, as well as that of the VBar. As a result, the Allen key for adjusting the VBar was missing. Not very serious, but 1 star less for the missing key.

The operating mode is not very clear on the assembly phase, regarding the assembly of the magazine holder. The manual specifies that the cocking stock must be pushed forward as far as possible, and at this stage, the string is engaged in the cocking mechanism. This means that to get out of it, you have to cock the crossbow, and moreover, empty...
