The quality of your arrows is mediocre so I don't know if the crossbow is that precise or not, as soon as the bolt is a little damaged (slightly bent or feathers a bit damaged) it totally spirals and can shoot 40cm off center

Hello, what type of target do you shoot to damage the arrows like that? Ideally, you should use a special crossbow target (in the case of a mini crossbow like this you can use an archery target), but it is strongly discouraged to shoot at hard targets like wood (otherwise you will bend the arrows), or on the contrary too soft like cardboard that the arrow will pass through (and thus damage the vanes).

Hello, Certainly not, we ship packages every business day of the year. If you had contacted us by email during the order, I would have shown you that one of the two ordered products was not in stock, hence the waiting time. With us, it's very simple: if the product is in stock then displayed in stock and shipped within 24H, if the product is not in stock then displayed a delay of 2-3 weeks and we wait for restocking. It is absolutely impossible that you waited a month for a product in stock, either the crossbow or the arrows were being restocked but you did not see it (despite the delays indicated in the product sheet and the cart). Thank you.

I didn't know Hattila.com, and the site is well made. The selection of products seems good and varied. BUT I am quite disappointed that Hattila is not a bit demanding with its suppliers. More specifically, for my first purchase (Pack Arbalète MK-XB21), I had to notice: - an assembly manual only in English: I speak this language, I sometimes work in English (lawyer), but here, it's quite complex technical vocabulary. I understand that Hattila cannot require its suppliers to have manuals in all the languages of the European Union, but French, at least, could be provided... - a HYPER poorly done assembly manual (really)!!! Crucial steps of the assembly are ultra-summarized, accompanied by super dark photos (especially since the crossbow is black...), which are USELESS. It seems that paper costs a lot, and adding a few diagrams and steps to the assembly manual is unaffordable... - that a plastic part is missing (step 1 of the assembly, unless I'm mistaken), to be inserted into the crossbow where the bow is secured to the body of the crossbow (but again, I don't even know what this part looks like, since the manual does not represent it). I searched through the entire package, and this part was not there... I managed without it, but I hope this won't cause a stability problem with the bow when I shoot. It's difficult for Hattila to check the contents of the packages, but thank you for at least passing the information to the manufacturer. The user manual for the red dot is just as incomprehensible... Not everyone is a DIY specialist and crossbow expert! I eventually managed, but it took me hours to figure it out. I think Hattila could, for each product, test the usefulness and quality of the assembly manual (by a non-DIY person, an average consumer), and if it is mediocre and insufficient as in this case, arrange to produce one in French with or without the cooperation of the manufacturer. The crossbow is one of Hattila's specialties, and my first experience is not very pleasant, at least regarding the assembly. All the pleasure of receiving the package disappeared given the headache that the assembly was. I hope that when I shoot, everything will go well.

And in French ;-) For the scope, I see that indeed we did not put a manual on the product page but I could send you one soon if you wish. I have heard your request regarding the manuals and I will immediately contact the manufacturer to provide us with ALL the manuals in English and I will take care of translating them to make them available for all products on the site.

Seller is serious, nothing to complain about. I recommend. A small discount voucher in the package. Nice. I would have given the best rating if the package had arrived in a reasonable time. The package arrived at the Dijon platform (200km from my home) on Friday morning and was delivered to the relay point on Tuesday!!! In terms of timing, it's outrageous! The carrier should at least announce its delay.

I have almost nothing to complain about your products, most of them please me a lot, small downside for a machete whose blade is too flexible for my taste, otherwise the delivery time no issues just at the reception of the packages (all the packages were damaged, torn, mostly empty with the products outside the packages) otherwise everything is almost impeccable.
