Hattila.com delivers consistently on fast delivery and reliable service, with many reviews highlighting quick shipments, timely arrivals at pickup points, and everything arriving well packaged and in correct condition. Customers repeatedly mention strong product value and a wide selection, noting a good balance between price and quality and that items meet expectations when they arrive. The site’s content and multimedia guidance are praised, with helpful text and video advice making assembly and use straightforward, and responsive, friendly customer support noted as a standout. Overall, shoppers emphasize dependable performance, clear information, and smooth fulfillment across orders.
Order and delivery times were as announced. However, I do not wish for you to have to deal with customer service. The red dot sight is defective on the crossbow package, I suggested returning it for a simple exchange but no, there is a certain procedure to follow worse than administrative procedures with the need to provide a video to show that the sight is defective. Anyway, I preferred to buy another one to end an endless exchange with customer service. Too bad otherwise it's 5/5 for everything else and 2/5 because they at least responded. Customer service needs to be reviewed to have humans face customers and not a machine that endlessly repeats an automatic procedure.

It would be interesting to reduce, if possible, the supply times for certain items. The material is well packaged and our contact was cordial despite my impatience which could have been exasperating....thank you

Excellent products, too bad the packaging is not up to par. All the packages arrived damaged and opened (apparently the contents did not seem to interest the curious). Fortunately, only a few feathers of the bolts were damaged. It's a shame because this kind of mishap might deter me from future orders. A simple plastic bag for such an order is unworthy!
