My purchase was excellent, the price was at the time the lowest I found. But the delivery was very, very slow, and there is little information sent to the email. Other than that, everything is fine

I ordered a slingshot, fast delivery, slingshot conforms to the description (the elastic was a bit flimsy and broke after about thirty shots) maybe it's my fault because I was pulling a bit hard on it, the balls are not included. Still happy with my purchase.

Hello, the order I made was for six bolts and one of them arrived without the tip? For what it's worth, it's not worth discussing, but it does show a state of distrust, after what was experienced with the crossbow. Best regards.

Material conforms and fast delivery

A bit long the wait but product as expected.

The order arrived quite quickly, about 3 days. Unfortunately, two U-washers (about 1mm thick) were missing from the packaging. I was able to take these U-washers from the disassembled bow arms. But what if I hadn't had them?!

Efficient service, despite the wait for stock availability

Although it took a while to arrive, everything is fine and the bow is just as promised, later when I want a better one, I will surely deal with them again.

Item advertised was not what was sent out to me. It was compatible with my Crossbow Bolts but definitely not what was shown on the Hatilla Website. When I contacted Hatilla to point this out I was pretty much told ' well if they fit, then what's the problem' ? Hopefully Hatilla will change the image and description on their website to reflect the product accurately. Not the best first time experience as a customer. Still, maybe the next ordering experience will be better ?

The crossbow was not identical to the image on the order page. After complaining, an inappropriate and patronizing response ... After another email from me with evidence based on screenshots of the order page, there is simply no response anymore!!! Instead of funny emails after the order, you should rather focus on the essentials and satisfy your customers in every respect. Especially when handling complaints!!! The processing of complaints ideally takes place in a structured 4-phase process: Acceptance, Examination, Solution finding, and Follow-up: A prompt and customer-oriented handling (usually within 2-7 days) turns dissatisfied buyers into loyal customers. The 4-phase process in detail 1. Acceptance & Recording: Accept the complaint via email, phone, or portal. Thank the customer for the feedback and confirm receipt directly to give the customer a good feeling. 2. Examination & Analysis: Check the facts for validity. Clarify the desired state, request evidence (photos) if necessary, and look for the cause. 3. Solution finding (Immediate measures): Develop customer-specific solutions. This can be an exchange, a repair, a discount, or a credit. If the complaint is unjustified, this must be communicated factually and empathetically. 4. Follow-up & Evaluation: Document the case. Use customer feedback to analyze the causes and avoid future errors in production or service. My advice: Train your employees, especially Yann Luksch, who did not help me!!! See email correspondence regarding the order.

I bought 3 pairs of flexors on the site, they inform me that there are only 2 available in stock, I promptly confirm that 2 are fine as well. Only after my reminder made a week later do they ship the goods: in the package, I find only one pair of flexors. Naturally, the extra money I paid has been refunded to me, but the impression left is one of poor organization.

A first order canceled because the scale was available on the site but no longer in stock, I opted for another scale, delivery OK, the product is very well packaged.

Respect for the announced shipping times, the only downside is that the package was not well protected and the packaging suffered damage, the product itself does not seem to have suffered any damage and is functional.

Small delay .but package received

Package received well, fast delivery. The only problem is that the assembly instructions are not clear. But fortunately, Hattila made videos on the assembly.

I appreciated the speed, the follow-up, the quality of the packaging. I regret not having received the package at home.

The nocks for the arrow shafts were too big! And the shipping for an envelope is €18.- Too high!

Government, I was very happy with the use and performance of the slingshot, but I am a bit disappointed that the elastics broke after a month, while the use I gave it was correct and respected.

The rope broke after two months, without being tense, it simply broke without more. I wrote an email three weeks ago and I am waiting for a response. Very bad product, I am very dissatisfied.

The product is very good, but waiting almost 4 weeks for delivery is rather unacceptable! Assembly manual somewhat unclear in detail, I am a hobby handyman, still took me 2 hours! The most important instruction was poor (set target device???) Only through "Le Chat" (EU-AI bot) was I able to set it up properly! Overall, however, good quality for this price segment!
