I waited several months to be delivered, no response from the seller despite several messages, item poorly packaged inside, it traveled very badly, I am really disappointed, not only will I not buy anything from this seller again, but I strongly advise against using this site.

Waiting for my package for over 3 weeks due to missing items that could have been sent earlier, then upon receipt slight failure of the ordered crossbow, after alerting the seller, he immediately sent me a return slip and apologized for the inconvenience caused, now to receive a replacement I have to wait for the receipt and exchange of this one, I would have liked beforehand that the item be thoroughly checked before shipping... Package received in 1 week. Impeccable packaging. Just a downside, the arrows were without tips. However, Hattila's customer service assured me they would send them as soon as possible after contacting the supplier. Their responsiveness and professionalism seem perfect. For now, I'm waiting, but since it must come from North America, nothing surprising.
