The throwing knives are very small, I thought they were normal size for knives. They are more like decorations or toys than real throwing knives. Disappointed with this product. However, I am very satisfied with the survival knife.

I did not receive everything and when I claimed my due, the person doubted my word and thought I had already received everything. I had to make several follow-ups to finally receive the rest of the material a month later. You do not check your orders and when we complain you suspect fraud on my part. In short, I will not order from you again. Best regards.

Response from Hattila.com
Hello, We have had cases of fraud from customers, but we have never disrespected you and we simply checked the weight of the shipped package which indeed reflected an abnormally low weight compared to what it should have been. I did not fail to respond to you throughout the 3 weeks (product out of stock hence the delay) of this procedure. Best regards. Hattila.com

Lack of communication on the progress of the delivery. The order was lost and I was left without news from the site and the seller. Had to be clever to finally get a response. Ultimately, product received different from the order (color). It was annoying, that's it.

Response from Hattila.com
Hello, Your order was shipped on the day of purchase, if the global relay tracking was not effective it is not very fair to hold us responsible. As for the color of the crossbow, I offered you an exchange which you refused, by the way the model received is worth more than the model ordered, that said the characteristics are exactly the same. Best regards, Hattila.com
