Order claimed several times by email (very long delivery time)

I had to follow up twice with Hattila to know the reason for the delay in my delivery. Otherwise, everything arrived quickly once the problem was resolved

The next package a little more robust. This one arrived broken and some pieces were lost.

I have always been very satisfied with the quality of the products sold on Hattila, but on my last order I received two pairs of string silencers that are completely different in size. More than two sizes difference, yet the same price. The smallest has no effect. I had to buy another pair elsewhere to avoid surprises. This evaluation only concerns my last order and I think it is negligence on the part of the preparer, because everything I have bought until now has been really great, but sometimes a small detail destroys all the excellence accumulated over time. I am quite disappointed with the delivery of my package. I ordered a scope glass, which is a fragile item and costs a certain price... The glass was barely wrapped in a thin pouch with a bit of bubble wrap. I admit I was surprised when I received the package. By miracle, the glass is intact but I wonder how (knowing that delivery people are not always very gentle with packages).

Hello, the product is impeccable but the delivery took 5 weeks and I could have waited double as they skipped my order

The crossbow is very good and the shipping service and everything else is correct. The only point for improvement is that it should come with better assembly instructions. The photos are not clear enough and the section on how to string it is terrible, I had to look for videos to understand it.

A bit long, certainly holiday season, Chronopost not at its best in delivery, postponed day by day; excellent responsiveness via email, but too bad there is no possibility to call; the manual does not correspond to the purchased device (Accelerator 370), and even if I am told it is the same (same family: Acc. 390 and 410), it is not, especially regarding the caliper, whose attachment is quite different, so why is this one missing precisely?? - lack of precision on delivery times...Good site

The ordering system only notifies about product availability when adding to the cart. If additional products are added later to the cart, they are considered available if the initially added item was available. Hence a delay of several days in my delivery. A small bug not recognized by the supplier. Disappointed.

Order and delivery times were as announced. However, I do not wish for you to have to deal with customer service. The red dot sight is defective on the crossbow package, I suggested returning it for a simple exchange but no, there is a certain procedure to follow worse than administrative procedures with the need to provide a video to show that the sight is defective. Anyway, I preferred to buy another one to end an endless exchange with customer service. Too bad otherwise it's 5/5 for everything else and 2/5 because they at least responded. Customer service needs to be reviewed to have humans face customers and not a machine that endlessly repeats an automatic procedure.
