I did not receive everything and when I claimed my due, the person doubted my word and thought I had already received everything. I had to make several follow-ups to finally receive the rest of the material a month later. You do not check your orders and when we complain you suspect fraud on my part. Hello, We have had cases of fraud from customers, but we have never disrespected you and we simply checked the weight of the shipped package which indeed reflected an abnormally low weight compared to what it should have been. Lack of communication on the progress of the delivery. The order was lost and I was left without news from the site and the seller. Had to be clever to finally get a response. Ultimately, product received different from the order (color). It was annoying, that's it.

Hello, Your order was shipped on the day of purchase, if the global relay tracking was not effective it is not very fair to hold us responsible.
