After ordering, the process was launched quickly, which means I received my equipment very quickly. It was very well packaged and protected (one corner was well crushed during transport but does not engage Hattila's responsibility). Following a "quirk" on one item, I was able to realize that ongoing communication was possible between Hattila (Yann) and the customer. It is pleasant to know that you will not hit a wall if a problem arises. For my first experience with Hattila, I am fully satisfied with how everything went. All that remains is for me to have fun with my purchases ^^
