The bow is perfect as described. The only downside is that I wasn't informed that delivery would take more than 15 days.

Good communication but had to change an item because it was no longer available even though it was available on the site on the day of the order. But a commercial gesture after changing the item

I highly recommend this store, a product as delicate as a bow that arrived in perfect condition, well wrapped and cared for, beautifully shaped and made of wood. They also respond quickly to emails. They have a lot of variety of bows, and in my opinion at a good price and of good quality. Thank you very much.
