Great, the bow is top, the delivery time is great, I didn't give 5 stars because the arrows seemed fragile to me unless it's because I'm just a beginner :)

Bought on Hattila an ek archery jag 2 which I am very satisfied with, there was a problem when entering a promo code to get 6 additional arrows which I mentioned during the order and the additional arrows were sent to me so customer service is top, I just take away one star because I found the order quite long to arrive but not excessive (1 week) so it's okay and also that some essential parts are out of stock like a replacement string which is out of stock yet it's an essential part and similarly I wanted to acquire a pulley crossbow accelerator 390 to take advantage of the promotion but the case is also unavailable so it's for these reasons that I give 4 stars out of 5.

Serious company, with a correct delivery service, unfortunately, a catalog with many products out of stock, which can push to go elsewhere! Fortunately, their reputation in the field compensates for this negative image.

The manual is in English so it's not easy to assemble the crossbow.

Despite a delay in delivery, Hattila took the time to respond to all the emails sent. The items are in accordance with the order.

Good products, good customer service (very nice and honest), a few small errors in the description of the items but that will be corrected over time.

Regarding the website hattila.com, no problem with them, a bit of delay in shipping but that's normal, it was a product that was a victim of its success, I don't hold that against them, I don't give 5 stars regarding the delivery service, my package was opened by the delivery person, impossible to file a dispute either with hattila or with DPD, fortunately no item was missing. But that is becoming a bit too common.
