Very good for the ordered material, very good for the responsiveness of customer service, delivery time of 6 days could be a bit shortened but otherwise very good.

Response from Hattila.com
Hello, thank you for the compliments, however regarding the delay I disagree: your order was shipped at 4:30 PM on the day of your order, December 23rd at 2:30 AM, if that seemed long to you it's because you chose to be delivered via Mondial Relay when you could have chosen Colissimo. Have a good holiday and thank you again for your order.

Hello, sorry but the minimum package for Belgium from France costs us 13€... and on a product at 25€, we cannot offer a discount. Thank you for your order and see you soon, I hope. Happy holidays.

The throwing knives are very small, I thought they were normal size for knives. They are more like decorations or toys than real throwing knives. Disappointed with this product. However, I am very satisfied with the survival knife.

Response from Hattila.com
Hello, indeed, while the product was in stock, the order was not transmitted to the logistics service, you received a response within 8 hours after your email and the order was shipped the next day as promised by email. Sorry again for this inconvenience. Next time, order directly on our site and I assure you it won't happen again. Thank you.

Lack of communication on the progress of the delivery. The order was lost and I was left without news from the site and the seller. Had to be clever to finally get a response. Ultimately, product received different from the order (color). It was annoying, that's it.

Response from Hattila.com
Hello, Your order was shipped on the day of purchase, if the global relay tracking was not effective it is not very fair to hold us responsible. As for the color of the crossbow, I offered you an exchange which you refused, by the way the model received is worth more than the model ordered, that said the characteristics are exactly the same. Best regards, Hattila.com
